Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

First Citizens Bank is not a bank you want to accept on a check if you are a vendor or retailer. This bank will not covert their own accounts to a cashiers check and if you have a litigation against the owner of one of their accounts....ooohh forget it ! They will not work with the local police. They obstruct justice and become very abusive and humiliating when your in their lobby.

Of course we had a shoplifter who tried to mask his theft by "buying" some items..while they hid in corners shoving their shirts full of items. The police told us to take our check to the bank and have it converted asap. Corporate Office of First Citizens Bank of North Carolina told us they cannot make the branches convert the check.  When the owner of our company was in their lobby explaining that we need to convert the check to guaranteed funds the staff mocked and threatened him.  Oh it gets better - now it has been over two weeks and the "check" is in limbo and they are claiming it was never presented by our bank. So the staff is obstructing the payment of said check and also aiding and preventing the warrant for the arrest of the criminals....   SO I WILL SCREAM FROM THE RAFTERS - MERCHANTS, VENDERS AND RETAILERS - BOYCOTT FIRST CITIZENS BANK !!!!!

"Of course we had a shoplifter who tried to mask his theft by "buying"  some items..while they hid in corners shoving their shirts full of items. The police told us to take our check to the bank and have it converted asap."

So if you had a suspected shoplifter why did he write you a check? Did the police witness these people stuffing their shirts with items? Why didn't the police respond and wait for these people to exit the store and have them prove they bought what they stuffed their shirts with? Why didn't you have a store security person do anything?
