First Capital Consumers Group- First Capital - liars, deceiptful and predators! ripoff con artist fake ripoff Miami Florida
I was contacted in May from a representative of this company telling me that they were offering me a credit card with a $5000 credit limit. I asked him what was the catch and he said there was none, but I hung up on him anyway. They repeatedly called me so I finally said yes and gave them my account number over the phone like even though something told me that I shouldn't have. I called them up a few days later and told them that I had changed my mind and I wasn't interested, but they sent me a package in the mail anyway and then on June 10th took out $99.95 and $59.95 from my checking account. I called them up and told them to give me my money back and they said it would take 14 days... that was June and it is now almost August and I still haven't seen a dime. Then on June 25th $54.90 was debited from my account, then $199.00 was attempted to be debited from my account, then on July 23rd $54.90 was stolen from my account.
I keep calling this company and demand to speak to a supervisor but they refuse to let me speak to anyone. I have been put on hold by rude customer service people, lied to, and I have been so depressed trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
Finally I typed up their name online and I'm reading about all of these other people that were ripped off too and I feel horrible. I contacted my bank and also went to the Better Business Bureau online and i'm hoping this will be resolved because I feel beyond frustrated.
