First Capital Consumers group ripoff fraudlent phone call took $199. out account for a credit card NO CARD Bel Air Maryland
I received several phone calls on this offer for two credit cards equalling $2,400 each for a sum of $199.00 that would be taken out of my checking account..they took out the money back in March 2002..and to this date I still haven't seen the credit cards or my refund of $199...They cheated and lied and they ripped me off for my money..and they ran..I have moved to a different address and I get all of my mail so I know that I have never heard a word from they again..
