Fingerhut/ Webbank Fingerhut sent my tv to the wrong address without getting a signature. Now they say I owe them for the tv that I never received. saint cloud mn
I ordered a 32" tv from fingerhut to be delivered to my PO Box. The woman I was talking to said that would be fine.
The tv was sent to my old address, where I had just moved from, where it was dropped off by UPS and disappeared supposedly. UPS had the tracking code but no signature. Fingerhut wanted me to set up the investigation with the police and I refused. I had done nothing wrong. Now fingerhut is in my credit and harassing me for the money for the tv. Why should I pay for something I never received?
