The original information we got from the start was very enticing....send out 300 envelopes and receive 3000 dollars. The information you get once you send them the money is completely different. It is then based on commission of sales they receive from your mailouts, not from the total you actually stuffed like advertised.
When you call customer service, it is a recording, not a live person, telling you that if you want to talk to customer service it MUST be in writing or e-mail. Its not an answerable phone number and they won't let you leave a message. Even if you wanted to go ahead and try it.....YOU pay all the postage to mail out the 300 envelopes and then have to send MORE money for more materials.
There is no way to actually get your money back unless all 300 people you mail these to actually sign up for what your mailing.
