Our small business has used FedEx for literally decades. Until recently, they have been a great vendor of ours. I just received word from our office manager today that FedEx lost yet another package of ours (in just the last few weeks). This package alone was worth over $20,000. We have been unable to get any help either online or over the phone. Do I have to travel to Los Angeles in person to track down our lost package? Or can FedEx get it together enough to stop losing our packages and help our business instead of killing it? Sadly, FedEx appears to be going downhill fast... :-(
