BREAKING NEWS: Federal Express Causes Local Baltimore Bishop Partnership to Loose $1,000,000 Dollars Plus on Contract Agreement.
This story is a clear sign how careless We can be when We all trust people or businesses like Federal Express to deliver our goods and services. When it goes wrong it really is BAD possibly a Conspiracy?
Federal Express dropped the package to the wrong address. The neighbor delivered it 2 days later. Called Fed Exp before the package was deliverd with the correct address number, 5 times to inform them on the delivery address change to no avail. Lost $1,000,000 dollars personally because the contracts and agreement were late once again. Federal Express in Baltimore, MD failed to pick-up and return the documenmts to California. Over 22 calls were made to Federal Express about multiple failures and GREAT losses.
My partnership lost $9,000,000 from the $63,000,000 million dollar contract matter. Federal Express lied each time they admitted they fixed the problem, even down to the old uncorrected address info that was so-called changed late, too late, after the fact. The contract was cancelled or voided for failure to return the documents by poor Federal Express Corporation Customer Service staff, management, and claims persnnel top to bottom.
One needs to be very careful if you use Federal Express. I pray you never have the problems I have had with a delivery and pick-ups.
