Fast Cash Car Title Loans Hattiesburg, MS. rip-off business
In Dec. 1997 they gave my husband a car title loan. We were over-the road Truck drivers and had a Used Mercedes Station wagon, valued at over $6000. We borrowed 1500. on it. We told the owner that we would not always be in town on the day it was due but would that be a problem since we came home every week-end mostly. He said no it would be o.k.
However, in oct. 1997 I went by the company and paid $300. for our payment. The payment was $375. I didn't know this because my husband said go by and pay the $300. payment. My daughter called me one week after the payment fell due and said the guy from Fast Cash came by and said he wanted (his) Mercedes. He refused the $75. payment and had a wrecker tow our car off at night, after he took out a replevin warrent for it.
When he towed it in they stole all our belongings out of the car and dropped the Justice Court date we had to talk to the Judge and said he had sold our car while we had been waiting to go to court and hadn't been told he had dropped the replevin hearing date. He was in partnership with the carlot across the street from Fast Cash and had a conflict of interest going on anyway.
This is a rip-off business!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BORROWER BEWARE REALLY!!! You may be the next victim. I have proof and can verify what I put down here. You decide was this a rip-off?
