Complaint Review: Family First Home Preservation Services - Beverly Hills California

 I have tried to contact Nourmand & Associates...and Howard Lorey....He sent me ONE email, and said he does not know anything and will forward the email to the other office.  I emailed them and NOTHING and the email was kicked back.

So much luck there.... ! ;-((

If you were a victim of one of these companies please read this very carefully. I guarantee this is how you get your refund…

Tobey West, Tobias I.A. West, Todd West, Todd Goodman owner of Family 1st Home Preservations, Legal Affiliates Group, Loan Educators, Family First Home Preservation Services. Tobey uses the alias Todd so people don’t know his real name. I was an employee of Tobey and I know personally he has ripped off all his clients. He never submitted one file to the bank. He just takes client’s money and then never does anything to help them. He also doesn’t pay commissions to his sales people. Everything I was told to tell my clients was prefabricated on a script that we are told to use or we would be fired. Tobey also parades his Arab wife around the office. He buys her Gucci and Prada purses meanwhile clients are losing their houses and his employees aren’t getting paid.

Tobey uses a virtual office and claims his company is based out of Beverly Hills, CA but the truth is, he is located in a Downtown Los Angeles. His exact physical address is 3325 Wilshire Blvd. Unit 940. Los Angeles, CA 90010. Tobey West also hangs his California Real Estate License at Nourmand and Associates located at 6525 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. His manager name is Howard Lorey.Howard Lorey has all of Tobias West contact information including home address, current telephone number, date of birth, social security number and physical description. I guarantee you if you contact Howard he will not only have Tobias contact you but he will also contact the California Attorney General, DRE and the FTC.

According to California law SB94 it is illegal for ANYONE in the state of California to collect an upfront fee for a loan modification. If you are a victim of Tobey West you can contact the California Department of Real Estate and the Federal Trade Commission FTC.

We have to work together to put an end to scum like this.

 I have done all that... I have contacted Howard Lorey at http://www.nourmand.com/contact.php, he sent me one email saying he does NOT know Tobey West, Tobias West, or who ever, informing me that this will be investigated and said he will send my email on to the Beverly Hills office....nothing. I sent the Beverly Hills Office an email, it got kicked back.

I have reported this SCAM to the FTC, DRE, FBI, LAPD, DOJ, and the CFPB so far I have only received ONE phonecall from the Calif. board of realtors.  FLAGSTAR, my Mortgager is expecting us to pay almost $13,000 to reinstate our Loan. We have summons for foreclosure.   I am angry, because WE have to pay for someone else's crime.  I am NOT giving up, Justice needs to be served and all our secure information NEEDS to be found, before it goes in to the wrong hands.

I am working hard with Flagstar to keep our home, and they have been not been very compassionate in understanding us.  We would've only been 1-2 month behind, if it weren't for those crooks.  Thanks a lot, who-ever you are.  GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK !!!

UPDATE... now we are facing almost $13,000 of legal fees just to have our Mortgage reinstated...  WE have to pay, for these Criminals to run free?  What is wrong with our system.  WE have to go to court, to fight for our home, while the people of Family 1st run with our money?  WHY isn't anyone doing anything?  submitted 6/17/13

 Does anyone have any updates and/or have received help with/from Family 1st Home Preservation or any other organizations?

I have also contacted http://www.nourmand.com/contact.php with no response. (their office supposedly hung Tobias West's license there...??)

ALL that have been victimized also need to report your story to http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

I am angry and furious on what they have done to us, espeically now that we are facing the fight in preventing foreclosure.

WE all need to compile a list of affected victims....please send me your name and phone number in this [email protected] special email.  This may be a long process, but I am determined to seek justice....Help me help you and others.

Now we have to hire a lawyer and try and fight this foreclosure... I am going to press charges now!!!

 Hi....I am sorry, but you are NOT alone....sooooo many of us have been scammed  YOU NEED to report to  [email protected] also to BBB, LAPD, Los Angeles Gen Attorney's office and whoever you can think of.  You had to pay 2 payments, right?  So did we, the pattern is the same.  Also report it to Nourmand & Associates, that is a realestate office L. A., where this fellow I guess worked or used his office.  Report it, report it... Keep at it... I am doing the same and we ALL have to stick together and perhaps  we can get a class action suit going....  I am going to 20/20 next....  Good luck, keep the rest of us posted.

Personally I have not received my refund yet, but i have filled a formal complaint with the FBI and FTC. I was deposed 6 days ago and I signed all the paperwork to move forward as a witness for the Federal Governmnt. All you have to do is contact Miry Kim at the FTC to file your compliant. Just show her all the compliants on Ripoff report and she will explode. He lives for putting filth like this in jail!!!

 Family 1st Home Preservation Services.... thanks a lot.... WE are now being hauled into court because YOU Ripped us off.  How am I supposed to pay $7000, in trying to catch up, while you said we should not pay our Mortgage?

I WANT MY MONEY BACK, Mr. Tobias West.  WHY isn't anyone doing anything? I have 2 kids and we are soon to be on the street?
