I purchased tile from Factory Direct Interiors in July 1999. My contract dated 7/8/99 is sales contract number 44672.
They finally installed it in October, 1999, but installed 2 different color tiles. I have tried ever since to get them to repair it, or make some kind of consession but they won't even call me back.
I purchased the tile from the Port Charlotte store, Factory Direct Interiors, 2802 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL (941) 764-7171.
The Manager/Owner is Angelo Di Tommasso in the Sarasota store, 1507 Mango Avenue, Sarasota, FL (941-952-0743). I have sent him 2 registered letters which he ignores.
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
