Dear Sir/Madam:

This leter is in reference to a complaint, or dispute I have with a video company name, Eye On Video. To the best of my knownledge, the video was return, but the video store, still suggesting that they don't have the tape back, and it is being charged to me as a collection on my credit report.

I have never been contacted by Eye On Video, nor have I ever received any leters, as they had mention about this matter, I was unaware about this matter, until I had obtain a copy of my credit report, and this information was stated. Since this matter, and to the dates of this complaint, or dispute. I have move even before I did know anything at all about this problem.

So, this contact between the video store, and myself, never accure, other then the time that I have inquired about this complaint, and the missing tape to the Better Business Bureau. And since this matter, which was the middle of last year, I never knew a tape wwas missing, as they suggest, I never thought before all of this, that there was a problem?

Because of no reply, until I seem my credit report, I then question about the missing tape. If there is any assistance, or help you can offer, then it would again be highly appreciated. I also recieved a leter from Rebecca S. Honholt in Human Resourses, which she stated "I am searching all of our stores for the movie, so far we have not luck. However, sometimes these things happen and no one is at fault." this letter was Oct 22, 99 and since then, someone else is manager in Human Rescourse.

Sincere Thanks!

Douglas Clark

It is your responsibility as an adult to make sure all of your affairs are in order when you move. You are to notify everyone that you have moved. If your name appears in their computers anywhere, you should inform them. Being the wife of an employee, I know that you can't rent from them unless you are 18, you have a valid driver's license, you leave your home phone, address, and contact information. I also know that the company has strict policies about these things and if you were reported to a credit bureau I'm certain it is at the fault of one employee, not the whole company. My husband works in these affairs and I know that it is his responsibility to mail letters, make phone calls, and threaten. I think you need to grow up and stop trying to blame the big guy for your little problems. Remember there are people in the world who go to bed hungry and naked, at least you have the comfort of your home to watch a movie or play a video game. KNOCK IT OFF!
