Extra Space Storage-this location is an absolute ripoff!
First, they are twice the price of another of their own facility 1 mile away.
Secondly, they would increase prices with little or NO notice.
Thirdly, after questioning the branch manager of my final charge when I gave them notice of moving, Deborah Martini said that I could speak with the area manager(Kevin Tillman), yet would not give me his name-WTH? She would take my information and give it to him and that he would respond within a day. That was on July 11th. To this date, September 4, 2018, I have not spoken with him.
Fourth, my final charges far exceeded a pro-rate of my fees, but again, Deborah could not provide an answer or breakdown of the charges, only threaten to lock me out of my space if I didn't get moving asap.
Fifth, my access to my unit was cutoff a day early, forcing me to lose a new Canon Copier, worth $4000.
They have overcharged my credit card, denied an explanation and ripped me off for a $4000 copier - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
