Shopping for tires I decided to go with "expensive" toyo tires. They had a 100,000 mile warranty. After 30,000 miles I have one tire cut-up and bald, another that leaks air at the rate of 10-20psi per day. I go back to express tire. I tell them of my concerns. I also tell them that I am skeptical of the "stated warranty" I recieved when I purchased the tires. The manager says yep...100,000 mile warranty.
After waiting in the holding pen for 1 hour I was told they can't honor the warranty because there is no record of my rotating the tires...Now mind you, these have less then one-third of the stated milage covered by the warranty.
The other tire they won't even look at because I put fix-a-flat into it.(?) I thought this was a common product. Shouldn't tire shops be up on it's use?
These guys are as dishonest as they come.
If you have sense, stay away from EXPRESS TIRE Temecula CA.
