I went to have several services done at the Expert Tire in Danville, VA. I had brand new rims that I wished for them to install on my car, as well as a new set of tires. Wel, they have a no damage guarantee, and they scratched and dented my rims and hubcaps. Then they told me there was nothing they could do. They also recommended the wrong size tires. The front tires were LARGER than the rear, looking ridiculous, and they were too small. My car scrapes whenever it enters or exits a driveway, something it never did before. Lastly, they installed new brake drums in the rear when I was not asked about this, nor did I approve it. They forged aproval. Now the brakes don't even work right, they were better before the "repair". I would like a full refund.

There is one around here where I live at. They have a very bad reputation for repalcing parts that arent needed and charging the customer for things that were never wrong with their car. Id be very wary of ever going to Expert Tire. They are not the place you want to take your car for anything.

When I said the front tires were larger I meant wider, but they are too shirt for my car, as in the hight. In other words the tires are too wide and too short, and these are the tires the counter guy recomended, only because they were in stock.
