My husband & I were invited to attend a seminar in Syracuse, NY at The Ramada INN on Buckley Rd. in Liverpool, NY.
We were told that we were going to be listening to a brief seminar...approx. 90 minutes about the apportunity to purchase vacations at whosale prices...and at the end of the seminar...we had the options to either purchase different types of packages with NO obligations...or just leave with the option to just take the (2) round-trip airline tickets anywhere in the Continental United States...Total value of $2000 per couple...and that is what we had signed up for & chose!!
We then received some paperwork in the mail that we had to pay some taxes in the sum of $98.00 to retain these so-called round-trip airline tickets...and we have yet to receive them. And NOW, we understand that these so-called tickets are NOT FREE, BUT DISCOUNTED when we call to make our reservations through Expedia, Travelocity, etc. THIS IS A SCAM OF SOME KIND!! WE WANT OUR $98.00 BACK & PUNIATIVE DAMAGES!! These people are CON ARTISTS!!
WE PAID BY CHECK!!!
