I started using the 1010 number through Excel telecommunications and TELCO since last year. In last September I noticed in the itemized bill that they had billed me for various international calls to India that were not made. The bill was paid by my bank directly through my local telephone bill and when I called TELCO they said they will give me a credit on those calls , but said it will take 2 to 3 billing cycles before I see the credit in my local telephone company bill. I have made numerous phone calls and written to them at their address in Dallas TExas but have not seen a penny of credit. These 1010 numbers are not cheap after all. They pretend to be cheap but cheat customers with false billing practices and have absolutely no customer support.
