 The company is a total rip off. They promise me a hotel at one place at first (Blue Water Resort) and then change it with out notifying me or anything. If I wouldn't have called in or checked I wouldn't had known and went to the worng resort.

Once I found out that I was at the hotel (Econo Lodge Inn and Suites) Mrytle Beach, SC I call to check the room because I became skeptical at this point. The hotel stated they had a reservation for me in a room with no kitchen as the company quoted me. Also, it didn't fit my family of five. The hotel stated they booked me for a room that only sleeps 4.

After all they take your family size and children ages when they take your money. Also, I have notified after the first screw up for the second time  I have a family of five. I continued to ask for a refund and the manager Chris stated he can get me gift cards, blah, blah and get me to another hotel Sonesta Inn and Suites to fit my family and kitchen.

I advise at this point forget the kitchen I need to make sure I have enough room for my family that will be going on vacation on July 23rd this month. The manager Chris promise to call back within 24 hours with my family somehwere to stay. No call back made not even in 48 hours.

I called over and over no answer. I sent email to their ticket system no response and it states response back 24-48 hours or sooner. I kept calling waiting on hold over 30-45 minutes each time and still no answer and then when someone picks up they disconnects. I really think they have your number program once you make a reservation and they have your money. They will only pick up for new comers. I called from a different line  and was able to get through, so was they ignoring my call?

After getting someone by the name of Gabby she was nice and polite and reviewed my account and stated first, one second hold on I have your reservation for the 2 bedroom condo. I will be back. She retun on the line 45 minutes later to say oh I am sorry we don't have it. Matter of fact we have no where for your family.

Everything is booked, I apologize. Really, is this happening after I ask for my money back over a week ago. I demanded a manager and oh boy this one was rude by the way according to Gabby Chris was out of the office for the rest of the week. The same manager that promise me a call back and accomodations for my family.

Well, I got the manager Alex. He was rude, nasty and not compasionate at all and all he wanted to tell me about was their refund policy can take 7 business days. I stated it took me two weeks to find out my family have no where to stay and I am leavng  on the 23rd and now you telling me to allow 7 more days for my refund.

When the company took the money it was taken immeaditly not later. He wasn't trying to hear it and stated I need to contact my bank and see can they release the funds quicker if they send some form via fax. Well according to the bank they have my money and it was posted and they send no sign of refund from them but they agreed to dispute it for fraud, false advertisement because of the issues. Don't book with this company period!!!

They are scammers and will give you false advertisement. They put a aweful taste in my husband I mouth regarding timeshares.. Don't give them NO credit card  and allow them to do this to you.
