Hello ! I am sorry to read that you are another victim of this 3rd party billing issue. I am an employee at Frontier and I cannot tell you how many calls I take on a daily basis regarding this! It is exhausting! I am not aware of any contract between Frontier and ESBI or any other 3rd party biller for that matter but I agree that it has to stop ! I too am a victim of this! It did not happen on my landline svc , but my Celll phone...and I didn{t even notice until after 3mths of paying the 4.99 charge!
