I, too got a $14.95 charge on my telephone from Frontier and I raised hell. They told me that the only companies that can charge are those companies that have a contract with Frontier.

I suggested that they should stop allowing this and the manager of the Powell Tennessee branch said that Executives at the Corporate office were not interested in stopping this. Mainly because they recieve a small percentage for each billing.

Additional, he said they had a contract to bill through Frontier, that just any Tom, d**k and Harry can't just bill through them. So I guess they can't find the thousands of posted examples of fraudulent billing from EmBarque, Rollin Mo, EmBarque, Johnson City TN, AT&T, Verizon, SBC, AT&T Folrida. According to the reports the State Attorneys General, the FBI, the FCC are all aware of this scam and have required them to deposit money into an account to pay off claims. WHAT? Shut them Down! Do not allow these requlated industries do this. Sorry, I forgot about the SEC and Wall St.

Frontier... your on notice... I will spread as much info as possible on my web sites. I will encourage everyone to discontinue their land-line phone for their cellular. Then you can go the way of WT Grant, K-Mart, Delta Airlines and not apparently General Motors. Just let the crooks continue to bill through you to fme until you go out of business!!! See Ya!!!

Hello ! I am sorry to read that you are another victim of this 3rd party billing issue. I am an employee at Frontier and I cannot tell you how many calls I take on a daily basis regarding this! It is exhausting! I am not aware of any contract between Frontier and ESBI or any other 3rd party biller for that matter but I agree that it has to stop ! I too am a victim of this! It did not happen on my landline svc , but my Celll phone...and I didn{t even notice until after 3mths of paying the 4.99 charge!
