Enterprise Rent aCar Deceptive business Practices Miami, Florida
Be Aware The Enterprise Rent a Car located in the Mercedes Benz of Miami owned by Autonation Usa is using dishonest business practices. I took my car to Mercedes Benz of Miami for the every 10k mile $600 service. The representative from MB walked me to the Enterprise Rent a Car associate to assist with my rental. The associate asked for my credit card. I don't have a credit card. They told me in order to secure a car I would need a $300 cash deposit. I was reluctant but the associate assured that I would have a check within 7 days of the return of my rental. Today has been almost a month since my return. I've placed several phone calls to a continuous check is in the mail. There has been no check in the mail in a month. Warning. Do not trust these individuals as they use deceptive business practices. We work very hard for our money and don't deserve to have these large corporations misrepresent themselves. Mercedes Benz should be aware of a company as large as this operating within their location like this.
