Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On may 6th a representative came to my house to Re-aquire my business from at&t. I told him I had had a stroke and to go slow due to I am not able to retain too much knowledge at one time. He put his handfull of stuff on my car to talk and I noticed it was kinda heavy so I told him to come in the house. Reluctantly, he came in due to the fact it was hot that day and I could hardly stand up. He told me He was sent out to re-aquire my business. I told him That approx. 9 mos. earlier a man came to my house and sold me a package saying I was paying too much for my phone bill. (Thats another story but also a misrepresentation) He assured me that that was not his intent. Any way he showed me that I could get Bell South phone, At&t long distance, internet and dish for $79.00 and change. I asured him I was satisfied with comcast. The tv was on l LMN at the time And my wife would kill me if I did not receive that chanel. He said his package was a lot better than comcast and that I would not lose any chanels but I would have over 250 chanels, phone service and high speed internet all for &79.00 and change plus applicable taxes. I told him that sounded good but I had four tv's. He said no problem

for $5.00 and change extra I could get all three services plus four rooms of satelite and the bill would be around $100.00 per mo including applicable taxes plus fee's. Well I said lets do it. So he went through the process of signing me to these new services. And he told me to tell the people that he did not come in the house. So, being the nice person I am, I did just that. Well, on 5.14.2008, the installer came to the house and hooked up every thing and I did not have all the chanels I was promised. I signed on the front after asking him what I was signing. He said that lets his co. know what he put in the house. (He never showed me the back side of the peice of paper I signed.) (I didn't know there was a back side until a rep. at Dish network later on said I should have read the contract.) The installer said to call his company and to try it for 30 days and if I was not satified He would come and take it out. After he was gone for about 30 min. I called Dish Network and they said I would have to pay $69.99 for the chanels me and my wife wanted. Well, I was on the phone all afternoon and I finally talked to somebody that would listen. I told her to come and take the equipment out and she informed me that I would have to pay $240.00. I told her no way. Thats when I was informed that if I would hook up my two receivers up to a telephone, she would knock $10.00 off my bill. (I am on a fixed income and I Don't order movies over the phone) The deal sounded pretty good to begin with. But now looking at it, I wished I would never let Mr. Darron Bailey in my house. I thought AT&T was doing everything they could to regain my business but I was wrong.

I agree with Fight Back Call your congressman, the atty Gen in your state and in the state of AT&T where you send the bill.... See my post about how they do not want to return my over payment... I am surprised Shooter has not showed up he likes to put in his 2 cents I think he works for AT&T Sorry you had to go though this and I know how frustrating it is and I think we should be able to bill (Send an Invoice to AT&T) for the time we spend on all of their practices Thanks for allowing me to voice my opinion MWD

Call the Attorney General's Office and AT & T. You were defrauded by this pathetic excuse of a company. You were not the only one (see other thread from Miami), and you won't be the last until you SPEAK UP! Since the contract was made using fraud, it can be cancelled without penalty. Time is of the essence.
