Elk Grove Ford Ripped off on Wynns program Elk Grove California
We purchased 2 vehciles from Elk Grove Ford and also purchaed the Wynns oil program for both. Upon the dealership closing without notice, we were told by other local Ford dealers that they dont honor program. We have to pay out of pocket for oil changes (which we already did in getiing this program) I have called Wynns dsitrubutor and Ford Motor Co. both have told me that it was only honored by Elk Grove Ford. We have 2 boxes of Wynn's oil bottles sitting in our garage and Elk Grove Ford owes us money. Very dissapointed that the Ford Motor Company wont allow this program to be honored by other Ford dealers. We paid up front for this service and have been ripped off. Either we should be refunded or program needs to be honored.
