Dooney and Bourke, Inc. I purchased 8 items over time and these items were damaged. I sent the items back to the company (4 purses, 3 coin purses and an umbrella for repair or replacement. Orange CT
I received 8 letters for each item I returned, stating they offered me $516.75 but I had to spend $1,033.50 first on Dooney and Bourke items. That is so unfair because I had already bought those items at the original price. This is unsatisfactory and when I called them regarding this matter, they just blew me off. it took them over 3 months to return my items to me.
The items were as follows: Style # IT29 WH, Style # WI18 WH, Style # WI11 WH, Style # IT WH, Style # MB10 TN, Style # NN37 PK, Style # WI32 WH and Style # IH20 WH. I would have excepted the credit they offer of $516.75 but in return they wanted me to spend an additional $1,033.50 and stated multiple returned items cannot be combined towards the purchase of 1 item.

But it is better than nothing. Gucci nor Vuitton will fix any of my purses or give me any compensation so be grateful that Dooney will.
