I owned an oil painting which was my only possesion of value. this painting was given to a mr. donald heald, details below, to sell on my behalf. it was understood he would take a small % as commission. mr. heald is a wealthy antiquarian bookdealer and i am a seriously ill person with crohn's disease and no money. Since being givenn the painting, mr. heald has kept it and has not contacted me. i have tried to get third parties to intervene but he has adamantly refused to either give back the painting or pay me its value, which i think is about $5000. the painting was given to him in england, where he has a small base of operation and he transferred it to the u.s. where he has an office. he refuses to answer my emails, and is banking on the fact that i do not have the money totake him to court. he has a reputation of great arrogance and this proves it. the last time someone tried to do something on my behalf, heald just laughed and made abusive remarks about me. i hope someone will help me as i desperately need the money. heald knows this painting is mine. i paid for it and he had it only to sell. helad is stinking rich and he has a web page for his stock. if you got the website for the aniquarian booksellers of america, put donalad heald in the find a bookseller facility, then follow the links, you can see for yourself that he sells books for $50,000+ he is doing this to me out of sheer evil. his fax is 212-628-7847. the oil painting is by someone called anthony gross, if this helps.

WELL GUYS, THINGS GET WORSE AND WORSE. THE FULL MAGNITUDE OF THE RIPOFF HAS JUST BEEN REVEALED TO ME AND MR HEALD (DETAILS ABOVE) AND MR CRICHTON HAVE TAKEN ME NOT FOR $5000 BUT ABOUT $25,000 OR MORE. HEALD, A TAX FRAUD, COCAINE ABUSER, A PERSON WHO BREACHES CUSTOMS REGULATIONS REFUSES TO COMMENT ON THE ISSUE. I HAVE POSTED THESE REPORTS TO BOOKSELLERS AROUND THER WORLD. THE ENTIRE ANTIQUARIAN BOOKWORLD IS FILLED WITH VILLAINS, BUT HEALD IS THE DON CORLEONE OF THE LOT, AND HAS BEEN GUILTY OF AUCTION RINGING, AMONGST OTHER THINGS INCLUDING PRICE FIXING. I WOULD ASK FOR SUPPORTIVE LETTERS TO BE WRITTEN (NOTHING UNLAWFUL FOLKS) AS I AM LIERALLY AN INVALID DEEPLY IN DEBT. THIS IS SO MORALLY AND LEGALLY INCORRECT THAT HEALD WILL NOT SUE ME EVEN IF I REVEALED HIS CHILD ABUSE.CRICHTON ISNT MUCH BETTER. john crichton ([email protected])is the demented and perverse psychopath who currently condones the criminal act of his bum boy donald a heald to rip me off. Crichton represents something called the Antiquarian Booksellers of America, a supposedly legitimate organisatioin except when it comes to revealing one of their memebers as a thief. emails in support of my postion are encouraged to show that honesty and integrity still prevail. im sure mr. cricton and mr. heald pay all their taxes which is what i told the IRS (pass these guys over when doing an audit). alan

The Antiquarian Booksellers of America, in a tribue to favouratism and filth has supported con-artist extraordinaire donald a heald,([email protected]) in continuing to rip me off. During this "proceedure" conducted by this gang of losers, Mr. s**t, Donald Heald has neither contacted providing an explanation, apology or anything else approaching the realm of justice. i guess you expect this from a guy who pays out high class hookers since even with money he cant get laid. i would hope the community at large does not let this anti-social element get away with this.

mr heald belongs to a trade organisation called the Antiquarian Booksellers of America (ABAA). i believe he is one of the officers which says a lot about them. the matter has been passed to the ethics committee the week beginning monday 4th December. since this is a blatant act of theft we will see if they protect their own member in criminality,or see to it that i get my property back. the ABAA have a website for comments. i will post updates. at this point i cannot comment on the ABAA, but mr. heald is a total scumbag.

i should add that this has been going on a long time. i couldnt pursue this earlier since i literally was to sick to get out of bed for 6 years. i would think that i am owed damages/interest on top of the vlaue of the painting.
