Dollar Discount Club dollardiscount.club Ordered a product two months ago and have never received it

Ordered a product from their Facebook page, received a confirmation email the order was received and my card charged the same day.  Have not received my product to date.

Sent several emails with no response. Messaged them on their FB page and yet to get a response.
