I too had MANY problems with DishNetworks, Inc. in the past. I went through HELL and back just trying to get simple answers to my questions. - - In the process of dealing with this company I did become very well associated with the following list of people. - - Now when I need to contact them, they ALL get the same letter and I DO get a response. - - They are not a bad company to deal with if you have the "inside" names to contact.....Otherwise.....Good Luck!!!
