NGF Distributors (Dion Dakis) in Las Vegas NV Ripped me off, never shipped my merchandise! *REBUTTAL .."was lost in the mail"

I sent money to Dion Dakis of NGF Distributors for 2 items he advertise. I sent this person a check for $86. That was in June, this is now October. He, or the 'company' he works for has never responded to my requests for the items to be shipped, and has never returned my money.

They are still making sales now, and this is WRONG! Good thing I sent them a check, as I still have it for proof then!

(#3587) Dion Dakis (Software) 10/13/00 (Last Modified: 10/13/00) They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Dion Dakis Their phone number: 702-256-6598 Their relationship to the company: Owner Rebuttal: The item this person was speaking on 10/13/2000 titled "NGF Distribution Dion Dakis ripped me off" - was lost in the mail. It was sent out, but due to the policies of the United Stated Post Office, we must wait 90 days before they will issue refund checks. They wait to see if the item turns up. We waited the full amount of time, and we were finally given a refund from the USPS. We then sent out new items (as asked for by the buyer) in place of the original items.
