Dialog Tech would not let me cancel! When I signed up first @ dialogtech.com, I called and asked if I can cancel at any time? They said there is no contract, and I can cancel at any time. Now, I tried to cancel my service as their line quality is horrible and full of static noises, they would not me cancel my account.
They claim that even if I cancel now they will continue to charge my card for 60 days! I told them they do not have permission to charge my card, continue to do that will be credit card fraud. Their manager Corey Taustein says they will do that anyway. Totally unacceptable. Horrible quality service, network and would not let a customer cancel. Totally unacceptable.
