Complaint Review: David Loyce Withrow - Nationwide

 David Loyce Withrow passed away this morning at 1:30 am and never tried to reach his Son.

I wanted to update my report and say that a few years back a private eye found David Withrow was in Melbourne, Florida. I gave my Son the address but he didn't want to contact his Dad since his Dad left him and has not tried to contact him in all of these years. I certainly don't want to ever have any contact with him again. Just an update.

David Loyce Withrow, my dad, is the dead beat dad. I am 41 yrs old and never have meet him. I have a picture of him and my mother on their wedding day. He also ran away from me too after my mother divorced him. I have looked for him since I was 18 yrs old. I didn't find him but I found his family and talked with them a time or two!! From what his brother told me, he too was trying to find him but was always one step behind him. Haven't talked to them in awhile but was told he had another kid, which I would really be interested in getting in touch with. If I could I would still like to find my dad but don't know where to go to do so. But yes that dead beat dad is my dad too and he ran off on me and I'm assuming so he wouldn't have to pay child support also. If I can't never meet my dad I would like to meet my sibbling!!!!!so brother if your interested I would really like to meet you or at least get to talk to you!!!

I AM READY WILLING AND ABLE!!! I WOULD BE OUT IN 10 MINS. And for your info... David denied the Blood Test because he is tooooooooooo sorry to work and pay child support. Joseph has a DADDY now, and has since he was born. I just believe in being honest unlike some pill heads out there. Not calling any names. For who ever that wrote in to have a test to prove my Son is not the father should know that is between my Son and a woman he messed around with. He is of age and I can't go and watch every mood he makes. He lives in a different State than I do and it's impossible to keep up with him. But I do know he is in Church and doing God's work. He talked to Diana about having the test done. She wrote a letter to me and him that went to my Dad's address saying the baby looked like my Son so she knew it was his. That's a stupid way to prove who a father is. If they get a test done that's between them but it's not my place to go and do it. I don't keep up with where Diana lives or what she does especially after some of the things she has done in the past. I don't trust her. I almost had to have her arrested to keep her from harresses me. The police told me to say the word and they would pick her up. Even the police said I shouldn't have to involved with what my Son and a woman did at their age. I pray it's not my Son's because to have it mixed with her would make me hate to see it. But I believe my Son and therefore I know I can rest at ease.

I fail to see how posting dirty laundry about dysfunctional people, their dysfunctional little lives (which makes each of em about 1 in a billion), and making public their anger and bitterness is going to compensate them or their offspring. In fact, all the talk shows have forums where women who feel the child they've been left with has made them some sort of martyr can post away.

Then have a paternity test done. From all of the dramatics you've already provided it would make a really good "Maury" case, if you do not want to pay for one and also get a free trip to NYC. If you get the test and it proves that the child is not your son's then okay. Diana, you stay strong in this.

I filed this report of a dead beat Dad for my Son, Dewayne because we lived it. I is a true story that can be proved. Diana ia a female my Son dated a month or so and she got pregnant and she got mad because he didn't want to marry her. He found out she had other male interest at the same time. There has been no proof that this child belongs to my Son she is just mad because she can't find anyone to claim it. I hear her ex husband is in prison. She made up this wild story of my Son and she doesn't even know him. He is loving, kind, and would never mistreat a child. She would like to trap him but he doesn't want her. She needs to control her sex life until she gets married or use something to control having babies and then blaming others. I just wanted to set the story straight that my Son is nothing like his Father. I have a wonderful relationship with him and so does everyone else. He is a hard worker and provides well for himself and his family. Diana needs to get a life and stop spreading rumers.

Your son David Withrow is just as bad as his DEAD-BEAT dad. He has a son that is two years old now and has never laid eyes on him. And he has been given ample opportunity to do so. I never wanted any child support and certainly did not want to support your son, because he is too sorry to work himself. I simply wanted baby Joseph to meet his biological father. You have the sorriest, low-life son that ever walked this earth. I find your post on the internet to be the biggest joke of all, you have the audacity to slander your son's father publicly, when you have not done any better raising your own son to be a better person. So you just go ahead with your sorry little, pretend, know-it-all life of yours and pretend that all is good. But you need to know one thing and one thing only...

The best thing that ever came from your blood is sitting right here in my living-room, smiling up at me and saying,"I wuv you too mama! He is the most special little boy that God ever created. And I Have That. Not you and not your low-life son. Children are images of their parents and what their parents teach them, my son does not have a man in his life that he calls father, but I can guarantee you one thing, he will grow up to be a caring, loving, and responsible person. I may not be able to provide him with the things that a father would possibly add to his life, but I will give him all the love that I have and I strive to break the cycle of the dead beat dad. The reason that your son is in debt is because he has screwed over everybody that has ever dealt with him.

I personally have no desire to ever have anything to do with him, but would have appreciated his acknowledgement of his own flesh and blood. Before you begin blaming things on David's dad, maybe you should take a long look in the mirror and look at the one that raised him and the values that you have instilled in him. Life is hard, being a single mother isn't easy, but it is so very rewarding. I hope your slander on the world wide web has made your miniscule existence worthwhile, maybe if you had turned that anger and frustration to more useful things then your son would be a better human being.
