If you're angry about the miles program going MIA, then you have your government agencies to thank for it. Because of increased "sensitivity" to health issues and the well televised lawsuits, all cigarette companies have to be very careful about how they market their products. They don't want to be considered as encouraging people to risk their health, because apparently, even though cigarettes carry a warning, consumers are not "smart" enough to take responsibility for the risks involved. That being said however, we contacted Philip Morris several months ago regarding receiving a catalog to use our miles as well, and they have yet to send us one. So get on the ball PM, I don't have time to call you every day.
