After getting baggage ripoff from southworst airlines, I tried to get some satisfaction thru the BBB office in Dallas. FORGET IT! After filing a complaint with these Texas jerks, they told me that the company had 22days to respond. At the end of that period they sent me an email saying they had a response, but I only had 5 days to respond whether I was satisfied!!!
Since I had just come back from Asia and had (predictably) come back with a case of flu-like respiratory symptoms AND my community's wifi picked that time to crap out, I didnt get back to them in that incredibly short time and they closed the complaint and now I can't access it.
Apparently the BBB in Dallass operates to protect businesses and NOT to protect the consumer. This is the reason that I left Texas in the first place years ago. Too many jerks and j***a****.
