This francise dairy queen has the most unbelivable conditions there, they have came border line to failing the inspection once, I have have notice these past 2 years how they come to take advantage of their student employees by working them hard hours no pay raise even after years of work there.
The main report here is the use of marijuana WHILE on the job and the offensive remarks made by the store manager. Mainly everyday some of the employees come to work under the influence of marijuana; the managers do not seem to care about this situation there are no drug tests offered here. As marijuana is ILLEGAL in the U.S the Store managers do NOT enforce the law there or dont care. Sometimes there is a amount of distribution of other know drugs there I dont seem how it is done but there is some trafficing.
The offensive remarks made by the Store manager are sometimes very cruel, She may make offensive comments about your education, life, personality, ethincity. The way the store is operated does not meet corporate guide lines of dairy queen, but the manage to past the inspections when it come to the day before inspection. There are some actions that must be taken here not only for me but for the present employees as well. There is a high amount of complaints from the customers due to how it is opperated.
The unsanitary conditions that happen are very disgusting, the food may fall on the floor however is will still be used, the amount of hours that Can be cut just for simply calling in or arriving 5 mins late, there is no raise or 6 months evalution of how your performance of working for them.
please enforce the state laws that should be taken place in the situation.
