Dairy Queen RCDQ Corporation Managed this store for 7 years, let go and never paid my 2000.00 in bonuses. Gruver, Texas
After working at this store for 7 years, I was let go. I asked for final pay check and bonuses owed, and was told bonuses are not earned till payed. I earned those bonuses when for the last 8 months I kept my labor under a 21% per policy, I increased sales, worked 60 plus hours a week, passed all IDQ inspections, recieved a pride award 1st one given to a D.Q. in state of Texas owned by this corporation. I missed holidays, graduations, birthdays,and weddings putting this company first, to be stabbed in the back and told that the money owed to me would not be given.
