I purchased internet service from them. It had a $50 rebate. I did everything I was told to. I got this letter Friday, stating "my refund is denied, due to providing a invalid phone number." well for one I gave them a valid number, and for two why would you care what my number is? this is for internet service. My address is right there. What does issuing my rebate check have to do with my phone.

I did not receive my rebate either. I did everything it told me to do..and you pay a little to send the information off.. and you never get any rebate. I never received any kind of comment either.I wish I had looked around more before purchasing this. I actually purchased this for my daughters. All I can say now is, beware--

I too fell prey to the rebate scam at Cricket. I sent in all necessary forms and followed every procedure. It took 5 months to receive my rebate and my rebate was almost cancelled till I notified Cricket Customer Service and would not take no for an answer. Thankfully, after receiving my rebate, I discontinued my service. Cricket is an awful company with awful customer service and awful phone plans.

Thank you so much for pointing that out. Now I can sleep at night. Also in case you can't read my name, I'm not a Mr. If you are so unhappy cancel your service...That will surely teach them. What difference does it make if I work for the company? Thank you for your concern!

Excuse me but I think you have some sort of problem. Either you work for Cricket or you are insane. Get over it Mr. I have my bills set on auto pay so I can't be late unless Cricket screws that up too. HA!

You were also required to have your bill paid on time for the first three months not even one day late...did that take place? What kind of service do you expect from a company like this? It's like buying your clothes at a good will store and wondering why there is a stain on them.

I did eXactly what the Cricket rebate asked me to do but was still denied. How can you explain getting the digital camera that had the same exact qualifications? Cricket's customer service is the worst of any that I have seen.

I have been a customer of Cricket for almost 2 years now. I had the same rebate. I followed the instructions and got my money back. It was a very simple process. If you didn't have one of the 3 things they required sent to them, you don't get your money back. It's not that complicated. This is a company who gives cellular service to ANYONE. We have Cricket service for a reason, be thankful you have a cell phone.

I bought a Cricket phone last December that had a $130 rebate. I did everything that the rebate said and mailed it in. They denied me because they said that I didn't activate my service within the specified time period. I called and told them that was not the case but they didn't care. I activated the service well within the time frame. The funny thing is....the digital camera offer had the same qualifications and I was awarded that. Seems like if I had activated my service outside of the timeframe I wouldn't get that either. Weird.
