I sympathize with you all. My suggestion is IF you have charged w/credit card. Go to your credit card and reverse those charges. If you paid w/ck go to your bank. See if there is anything you can do. Unfortunitly, I know consumers do not like to use credit cards but THEY do protect the consumer.

I am going to file my own report about this company on here in a bit, but it is very lengthy and for now I have already filed with the BBB and just want you to know the most important details. I have just found this site and seen all these reports listed under Crawford Furniture and one under Emily's Furniture which is the new DBA name Crawford is now doing business under and the name they ripped me off under. I need to know if you ever got a resolution, because I have compiled a lot of info on these people and since they have taken my husband & I for almost $3000 I am very angry and I am not just going to go away!!! We first purchased from them at Thanksgiving of 2005 and we are still trying to resolve our issues with them. They just lie and string us along. 1 year, 7 months & counting...We are military, so we have access to the JAG offices and we have also contacted the police. If at all possible I would like to get a class action suit going and getting all of you guys in on it if you have unresolved business with them would be great! I am open to be contacted by anyone who wants to nail these SOB's!!! This Mike S. guy who is the General Manager needs to go down!!! I guarantee you that he is the one who screwed us all!!! Please contact me if you can...ASAP!!! The wheels are turning!

Barbara, Do a web search for the Arizona Corporation Commission. Once you reach the website there is a search function, simply type in "crawford". The resulting information provides the owner's physical address. You can probably contact him there, unless he has skipped. I don't know what a skip trace would cost in your area but a local p.i. could tell you. Find him, and file a small claims lawsuit against him.
