Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After several hours, the salesman and my husband agreeded on a price of the new truck, and the price of our trade in. We then went to the business agent Will Elliot, to sign the papers.

Mr Elliot asked my husband to sign back a $ 2500.00 manufacture rebate back to the company, he said what rebate? I was not told anything about a rebate. This made the deal he worked with the salesman not the same. Crain Chevrolet said if we have any complaints about the company, salesman, please give them the oportunity to correct the problem.

I called and e-mailed .After a week Crain called and said rebates always come off the top price of the truck. I said that may be the case but not when your not told anything about it.

Our deal was worked with out a rebate, no where on our contract does it anything about a rebate. That money was put in there pocket.

A lot of the time, when dealers advertise a low price on a vehicle, it states in the information that rebates will go to the dealer, in order to get the low price. You obviously came to an acceptable price when you agreeded (I presume you mean agreed) to sign an offer. Other times rebate incentives are in place of a different incentive (financing rate, etc).

Marilyn The Great Thorn would like you to check out the following list of web sites. I would like you to think REAL HARD as to what these web sites do for car dealers nationwide. Most of the insider info about the auto industry has not been available to the public in the past. One main reason that the industry's secrets have been hidden from you, is that your local newspaper likes the BIG money they get from car dealers. What newspaper is willing to big the hands that feed them? Now that the Rip Off Report as reporters that research many topics, You now have access to the insider dirt of the auto industry. I am not saying these are dirty web sites, What I am trying to do is get you to THINK REAL HARD as to what they all do! what is it that car sales people can do to you after they get this indusrty training? Here is the list, Go to them ALL, OK? www.probac.com www.nationalautotraining.com www.appliedconcepts.net www.grantcardone.com www.davidlewis.com www.jeffsacksandassociates.com www.stukertraining.com www.paulcummings.com www.nationalautotraining.com www.tewart.com www.joeverde.com www.biggross.com After you check them out, Post an update as to what you FEEL they do for car dealers. What is it that these web sites train car sales people to do? Car dealers in the past have been able to Rip Off car buyers and know that they could get away with it for a long time. Now they all have to think, "hey, If I Rip Off this car buyer, I could make the Rip Off Report" I hope that this information will help you Marilyn. Ralph Nader EAT YOUR HART OUT. I have a way to go DEEPER!
