I PURCHASED A CAR FROM KIA SEPHIA ON W. SAHARA AVE. IN LAS VEGAS NV. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD A CAR ACCIDENT AND HAD TO HAVE THE CAR REPARIED. THE CAR WAS TOWED TO THEM AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY GAVE THEM THE CHECK TO DO THE REPAIR WORK.

EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH SEEMED TO BE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND JUST DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. FIRST OF ALL, THEY DID NOT QUOTE THE PRICE FOR ALL OF THE REPAIRS WHICH NEEDED TO BE DONE, THEY ONLY QUOTED THE PRICE OF THE BODY WORK, SO THAT'S ALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID FOR. THEN THEY FIXED OUR BRAKES WITHOUT GIVING US A WRITTEN OR VERBAL ESTIMATE. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO FIX THE BRAKES. THEY ALSO CHARGED US FOR THE REPAIR WORK THEY FAILED TO REPORT TO OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY EVEN CHARGED US FOR A BATTERY WE DID NOT EVEN NEED. WE JUST HAD A BATTERY PUT IN OUR CAR A FEW MONTHS AGO. THEY DID NOT TELL ME HOW MUCH I WOULD HAVE TO PAY UNTIL I ACTUALLY WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR. I THOUGHT ALL I OWED WAS MY $500 DEDUCTIBLE, BUT THEY CLAIM I OWED AN ADDITIONAL $675!!! FOR REPAIR WORK I DID NOT EVEN AUTHORIZE.

I TALKED TO THE MANAGER, BUT HE WAS OF NO HELP. HE TOLD ME IF THEY FIXED MY BRAKES, THEN I MUST HAVE AUTHORIZED IT. IT WAS BASICALLY MY WORD AGAINST THE WOMAN I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH AND I IN NO WAY AUTHORIZED THIS WORK TO BE DONE BECAUSE I KNOW I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE CAR TO MY REGULAR MECHANIC FOR A SECOND OPINION. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME HAVE MY CAR AFTER I PAID THEM $500 AND OFFERED TO PAY THE REST OFF IN TWO WEEKS. I WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO PAY FOR THE WORK THEY DID EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE IT. I NEED MY CAR THAT BAD. THE MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT WERE VERY HOSTILE AND RUDE AND WOULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL.

NOW, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR AND I NEED HELP ON DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS FRAUDULENT ON THEIR PART. I HAVE OTHER COMPLAINTS TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION.
