We finally threw in the towell.
We have been customers of Continental self storage for several years up until now.
We finally had enough of their rude weekend staff member Mary.
We are pleasant people and don't expect anything more than to be treated with an equal amount of respect.
I won't get into specifics here, but we,ve never been anything but nice to Mary and all other staff members at the storage facility.
We have recently moved out of the facility and was based 100% on how we were treated by Mary.
You would think that she could keep her bad attitude at home where it belongs.
Maybe she just hates people?
Then get a job where you don't have to deal with people Mary!

It is very interesting when someone says that they aren't going to go into specifics, as the first thing one wonders is why?
I have had storage units in the past, In the years I used them, I could count the number of times I talked to anyone in the office on one hand and still have a few fingers left over. So one has to wonder what were the reasons for your interactions with the staff. What did you want them to do, and what did they do(or not do) that you felt was wrong?
