I received a call from the Continental Benefits Group early this past May offering me an unsecured Mastercard and a discount package with free airline tickets for a fee of $219.95. I accepted and the Continental Benefits Group drafted $219.95 out of my checking account on May 15th. I was told that I would received my package of a Mastercard, discount book, and airline tickets offer within two to three weeks of the bank draft. It is now June 13th, a full four weeks later, and I have received NOTHING!!! I have repeatedly tried to call their customer service number and only get a recording. Please help me get my money back!
As of June 15th, I finally got a hold of their customer service department at (410) 247-9489 and spoke to guy named Rodney. He said he would cancel my order and refund my account within 5days. I waited a full week and no refund. I called back and spoke with a supervisor named Caroline who said there was no record of a cancellation and that Rodney was new!!! She said should would personally expedite the refund, but time will only tell!
