Harrassed by Conseco
I am writing to you about the harrassment I am recieving from Conseco. I have faxed copies of payment to them, I have counted as many as seven phone calls from a day. Never does a week go by when I have recieved less than three phone calls. They call me at home, they call me at work, they even call my Mother. Last week, they called my home when I was weeking, and an out of town guest answered the call. They perceded to make threats to this guest about making my house payment or they would foreclose on me. I can't believe practically everyone I know, has had my personal account discussed with them. I want the harrassment to stop. I am the assistant manager at a Truckstop, and not always am I able to recieve phone calls on account I tend to be very busy. Conseco questions who answers the phone there, and acts rude with the answerer of the call if they say I am unavailable. This is not the practicing of a company who uses the ruse of being a service for the people. Please let others know of Conseco's "business", and help me stop this harrassment.
