THE VIDEO COMPUTER STORE, COMPUTER PERSONALITIES ripoff philadelphia Pennsylvania
Early last year, I attempted to purchase a computer from off of a cable television infomercial...Sadly enough,I never received my computer or any parts of it.I called numerous times to find out what was going on,but was told they didn't know why it was taking them 3 weeks to send my computer.
I then asked for a refund and was told that it was being processed and that i should receive a refund within 2 weeks..Well needless to say i never received that either..When I tried to call back in reference to the refund,the line had been disconnected.
From my own detective work I soon found out that the business had filed bankruptcy..So now I had no computer,no refund,and no idea what to do...I was so pissed off.Computer Persoanlities had ripped me off for over $2,100.00.
I filed a complaint with attorney general's office in early April of last year.I have not heard anything since.I think that really sucks!!!Whats a girl to do???
