Comp USA Does not pay out rebates even with required forms and receipts Rebate Ripoff Austin Texas
Purchased three separate items over a period of one week.
All had rebates. All came with separate rebate form and original receipt.
Recevied notes on all three that proper documentation and store address were not submitted. (Epson (2x), Canon)
Took copies of all docs to CompUSA. Manager saw docs and stated they were correct. Manager would only give first name.
Called corp offices and 'Mary' told me that it is very hard to get a rebate from CompUSA and offered to resubmit for me.
Received notes on two that proper documentation and store address were not submitted.
Lost $200 total on false rebates.
