AVOID these people at ALL cost! Currently being investigated by TREC for MULTIPLE ethics violations. They lie, mislead and even went into a contract for a "cash purchase" and can't even get funding! Read your contract with them!
They should not be including ANYTHING in paragraph 11, under special provisions that is not factual. They attempted to deceive and commit fraud with us and we caught them in MANY lies and misrepresentations! Cody Purtle is absolutely unprofessional and we have recorded calls of him, Marco and Ana that prove how unethical they have acted and handled the contract.
Cody defaulted on our contract and we are now forced to seek legal action as he won't even adhere to his own contract stipulations of mediation. His broker Sergio is useless as well, despite his own employee bashing Cody for not paying his broker fees to them.
The entire company is ran by someone who acted like a prepubescent little boy that had tantrums and acted beyond childish in text, phone calls, etc. Stay tuned for updates! TREC already is working the complaint (literally after only a few days of having received it, which usually never happens, unless very valid concerns are raised) and the next stop is posting about everything on other r view sites, The Better Business Bureau and to the Texas Attorney General's Office.
Edited to add*** they also have employees/friends/etc make false/fake 5 star reviews for them. Marco Pena is an employee and posted a 5 star review here and on other websites/platforms. DO NOT TRUST THEIR "5 STAR" REVIEWS! As soon as I posted a review here a few days ago three fake reviews were posted (one being Marco)

This company has its own employees posting reviews on Google and even the Better Business Bureau's website. Cody still has made no effort to make right his choice to default on our contract. We are waiting on the ruling from TREC, which we will use as the basis for our lawsuit against him.
