I bought two $5.00 phone cards three weeks ago. Each card is supposed to give you 224 minutes of usage. Instead, what I got on the first use of each card was a recording telling me that I had four (4) minutes. I thought that surely this was a mistake, so went ahead with my phone conversation. Sure enough, after four minutes, I was cut off by the electronic voice! I decided to try the cards the next day, thinking that there must have been some fluke in the system. The electronic message I received on this next day for each card was that I had ten (10) minutes. Sure enough, after the ten minutes, I was again cut off. This means that I received exactly fourteen (14) minutes for each $5.00 phone card, when 224 minutes is advertised.

I telephoned the customer service number listed on the back of the cards and was told that their system was being upgraded and to please be patient. They took down the numbers on each card and said that when the system was finished, I would regain the unused minutes. After several telephone calls and three weeks, still nothing has been done. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND I WANT JUSTICE!!!
