Claims Management Inc. Sams Club Kannapolis,NC I slipped and fell on the front sidewalk of Sams Lexington Kentucky

I slipped and fell in front of Sams Club and fractured my tibia in 3 places and fractured ankle joint. I was taken by ambulance and had surgery on my leg. I am now unable to walk and I need a wheelchair. Sams Club refuses to take responsibility and will not help me. I need a wheelchair to get around. My insurance does not want to cover this accident because they say that Sams Club should cover this. Someone please help.
