Complaint Review: City Of Mesa P.D. And City Government - Mesa Arizona

Malfeasance, criminal corruption, intentional denial of civil rights, murder, false swearing, perjury, obstruction of justice, filing false police reports, willing and knowing destruction of exculpatory evidence, graft, etc., etc., etc. These are the charges of which pretty much every Mesa cop is guilty, and/or of which all Mesa's useless, sniveling, coward "cops" have sure and certain knowledge. Time to start looking at statutes of limitations, and looking to enact a more modern city charter, stripping the city manager's office and all the filthy shitheads appointed by the last two of all their rights and powers. Time for more Mesa citizens to vote, rid themselves of the ridiculous parasites on the city council, and tear up the slate by empowering entirely new, non-n**i, non-Mormon, honest human beings, with no connections to the crime and corruption of Mesa's "Deseret" Fascist, racist past. But mainly, time to handcuff and collar the filthy murderers and demented incompetents who have made this crummy town at once the laughing stock and terror center of the entire country. A few need to be lawfully executed, including those who put ten bullets into Mario Madrigal from well over the "safe" limit, and of course, the liar Rick Romley, who constructed the b.s. fraud under which the perpetrating chickenshit criminals ratbastards walked away free.

The whole panorama with Mesa is interesting. The incompetent criminal rats who run this "city" are chasing off legitimate businesses in droves, with their moronic and demented policies and blue laws, and the meth traffic and overall crime continues to explode because the cops are too cowardly (better word: "chickenshit") to deal with it. They recent faked or, more precisely, exaggerated their tiny part in some local busts of premises whose information they were spoon-fed more than 16 years ago, taking credit for real investigation done in Ohio. Had this homeowner been properly connected, in the right LDS ward, owner of a temple recommend, why, the good city of Mesa would have run, panting and apologetic, to his side, repaired all the damage (to the limited extend these incompetent bozos are capable of fixing anything), and paid some outlandish damages to boot. But anyone not on the "white list" of people like Luster and Hutchinson gets no city cooperation at all, not even minimal assistance, and often, a downright hostile, penny-pinching attitude, top-to-bottom. That's why businesses, large and small, and middle class property owners are abandoning this filthy dump: corrupt, scumbag city officials, and a rotten law enforcement system, supported by an equally insane county sheriff and prosecutor's office, with no real handle on anything except their own enrichment. How do Mesa citizens solve the problem? First, you demonstrate hatred and contempt for the city establishment at every turn, boycotting their crackpot projects like their idiotic downtown "art center" and, especially, demonstrating hatred and contempt for their silly-assed "police department" and the third-rate incompetent cowards who annoy you with the helicopter and shine lights on decent citizens, while cowering far, far away from REAL criminals (like themselves, only with some courage) in every POSSIBLE legal way. Second, vote ONLY for democrats, libertarians, and third-party candidates in the entire East Valley. The ultra-right wing KryptoMormoNazis control the Republican Party in Mesa and the East Valley, and any vote for them is worse than one for Hitler, their philsophical bed buddy. Reason: These filth are in YOUR pockets. And no, it is NOT a religious thing, except as THEIR cover story. Third, start making sure that a change in the city charter gets on the ballot, soon, to strip the city manager and similar criminals of all powers, and make them temporary employees, as such officers are SUPPOSED TO BE, and directly answerable to elected officials. Fourth, move strongly for the impeachment, investigation, indictment, and conviction of known criminals on the Mesa City payroll, especially those on her silly-assed "police" department and in the city manager's office, but most important, a full investigation of EVERY current occupant (temporary, they need to ALL be terminated, as soon as possible) of a position in those offices, with any eye to brutal repercussion for corrupt activity, to include incarceration in the general popular of major penal institutions close to where their massive crimes were committed. Fifth, follow through: when you see corruption, expose it immediately to someone with more authority than the collection of filth doing the deed. No one in Mesa did this, or pushed hard enough, for a century and a half, which is why you have the ghouls you have, sucking the life out of the community.

I've lived in Mesa for nearly 13 years, and I have to agree that when it comes to the city government they do a very poor job of taking responsibility for things that the citizens have no control over. Please allow me to illustrate an example that happened not very long ago. The accountant of one of my employers had a water main break right in his front yard and did some extensive damage to his yard and fence. It flooded the yard so severely that a security guard at the school across the street from them had thought that they were having a pool installed. I don't recall being told if anyone from the city of Mesa came to repair the water main, but eventually it was repaired and now the accountant had a messy yard to deal with. He decided to have my employer (who's a landscaper) redo the entire front yard and repair the fence. The project took about a week and with the cost of equipment rental, materials, and labor, the total was over $7000. The accountant was told by the city to submit the claim to the city attorney's office for reimbursement, which he did with the help of my employer. About a week later, the accountant received a written reply from the project manager of the city attorney's office, informing him that after the inspection of the damages, reviewing the costs listed on the claims and such, that the city will only pay about $1500 for everything! My employer showed me a copy of the letter, and I have to say that the letter seemed very pompous and wind-bagged, with this so-called "project manager" claiming that the costs listed on the claim were exorbitant and unreasonable. What a likely story! My boss has done the same kind of projects for others, and none of them have complained about the cost! And needless to say, not only was my boss upset about this situation, but so was the accountant. I was dismayed and disgusted by the city's handling of the matter. After discussing this with my husband (we live in an apartment currently) we have decided that we will NEVER buy a house in Mesa. I mean, God forbid, I also do bookkeeping for my landlord (who owns several other properites in Mesa) and who knows what it would be like if the same type of situation should happen on any of his properties! Talk about waiting for the paint to hit the fan... I can only hope that come the day we buy a house, that we won't have the same thing happen to us. I don't know if anyone else living in the East Valley (Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, etc.) have had the same situation to deal with, but I hope that these other communities are more responsibile that Mesa is. I've thought about bringing this matter to the attention of a couple of people on the city council since I know them personally, but decided against it because for one, it doesn't involve me, and two, my misgivings would fall upon deaf ears. So the only way I can do my part is to tell anyone and everyone about what happened to my employer's accountant, and explain to them why we won't buy a house in Mesa. I also hope that posting this will help as well. The city government needs a major overhaul, ASAP.

This city has no right or reason to exist, and this scumbag police department is essentially a criminal organization. A constructive suggestion: this demented collection of feeble minded, lunatic fringe rats no longer needs to exist. Why not sell Mesa off to the surrounding communities? I had to laugh. Councilman Griswold, whom I unfortunately actually know, suggested there will be a "nationwide search" for Donna's replacement. What a silly-assed joke! They may "search", but what they will find will be another puppet/flunky for the same cadre of nutbags who have run this filthy bunghole of the planet for the last century and a half. Search? What a ridiculous joke! I see no reason this pustule in the desert needs to exist, except to make decent people suffer. And for that, I see to justification. Indictments, convictions, release of a lot of these cops into the general populations of hard-time prisons after their incarcertation... that's constructive. But the dirtbags who run Mesa? Nope. I see no reason for mercy, or even continued existence. Put them and their little Nutsie/n**i fiefdom out of existence, and dissolve the local police and their chief into the mists of other mystery criminals of the past.

A citizen's committee says Mesa voters should be asked to O-K a new city property tax and raise sales taxes to provide a stable funding source for the city. Mesa faces a projected budget shortfall of 24 (m) million dollars by 2007 and 78 (m) million by 2011. The committee report says the city should have a property tax for the first time since 1945, but didn't recommend a rate. It also says the city's sales tax should be increased to one point seven five percent. The city council has until January to decide if voters will be asked to O-K the taxes in May's election. The 14-member committee was charged with examining the city's finances and coming up with recommendations on how to deal with upcoming issues. I have lived in Mesa, AZ for 32 years born and raised. I have had many encounters with the Mesa Police Department my 32 years. I was in a very violent domestic relationship and have had the Police called on me. I was once arrested by the Mesa Police Department because I was trying to leave my ex boyfriends home and he trapped me in the door. I reached up slapped him in the face and my ring cut the side of his face. He then proceeded to call the police and I left. An officer called me about 30 minutes later and asked me my side of the story. I gave him my side he told me what my ex said and asked if he could come to my home and talk with me. I told him yes and told him I think I might have a warrant out for my arrest for not paying a traffic ticket. He said he would look in to that when he got there. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Talked to me asked if I was ok and stated he was calling for a women officer to come as back up. He was very polite and very considerate of my feelings. He asked if someone could come and pick up my son, as he would have to place me under arrest for my warrant and for domestic abuse against my boyfriend. I said yes, and I called my Aunt who was a commanding officer of the Mesa Police Department at the time. I did not tell him who she was or try to get special treatment from him. He was surprised when my Aunt showed up, told her what the situation was and he asked her if she was the one, I called to take my son and she said yes. My Aunt did not ask for any special treatment towards me, she did not ask for me not to be under arrested nor did she make any assumptions to do so. The officer waited until my son was gone and hand cuffed me, put me in his police car and took me to jail. He asked about my warrants, told me he understood and believed my side of the story and asked if I wished to place charges against my ex. I said no that he is abusive and that would just make it worse. He took me to the holding cells and gave my information to the booking officer who looked at me and read the report and said he could not believe that a man would have the mother of his child arrested for something that he caused. I was booked, charged and led back in to the holding tanks. I was put in a room by myself, was given two blankets, and two pillows and was told since I have never been in jail and was only arrested out of revenge from my boyfriend that they would try to keep me in here by myself. I thought cool. Later that night two women were put in there with me that were arrested for smoking crack two blocks down the street. They stole my blankets, my pillows and threw me off the bunk. I am a good fighter and have taken kickboxing classes since I was young and could have defended myself but I really did not feel like fighting two crack heads in a small jail cell. I said nothing sat on the floor and stayed up all night watching two whacked out girls watch me. The next morning I was taken in to court the judge read the report to me and asked me if what the officer said was true and I said yes. He then gave me 12 weeks of Anger Management and said if I complete the classes then I would have all charges dropped. I thanked him and as I was walking out, he told the court reporter that he wanted my boyfriend arrest for domestic abuse as well and stated he wanted pictures taken of the bruises on my neck, arms, and face. The officer defended me in his report, he stated he thought but was not completely sure that my boyfriend had abused me and to see if I had any bruises or physical marks on my body. That at the time of arrest he could not say for sure that the marks on my body were from abuse. Later in the afternoon, I was taken to a room and was asked to take my shirt off and photos were taken of me. I had bruising on my back, neck, arms, legs, face, and chest. I was too scared at the time to report any of it to the Mesa Police Department and was too embarrassed to show the officer at the time of my arrest. The officer taking the photos told me that the officer who came to my home saw that I was scared but had no choice but to file charges against me and to take me to jail for my warrants. He had never said anything to my Aunt at the time out of respect for me and my privacy. He never mentioned my Aunt in his report or gave me any special treatment because of her. He went out of his way to help me because he wanted to. He also requested that he be the arresting officer when the charges were brought against my boyfriend. When I attending my boyfriend's court hearing for the charges brought against him, the officer noted that he was disgusted by what my boyfriend had done and had acted when he called the Mesa Police Department and report that I physically abused him. This officer handled the situation, as he should have. He did not take side nor did he show either side his opinion. He investigated the situation and made sure the right actions were taken against each party involved. He did not give any special treatment towards either party. I would also like to note that my ex boyfriend was also the son of a very high profile person in the LDS church. His father did try to get the charges dropped and failed. I would also like to note that the arresting officer was a member of his ward. I do not attend a LDS church or any church for that matter. Not all Police Officers are corrupted.
