Complaint Review: City of Austin Michael Boyle - Pflugerville Texas

Folks:

You won't believe what we have uncovered. We have discovered a pretty unethical City of Austin employee named Michael Boyle aka Michael Glennon Boyle behaving badly. Michael Boyle, where's your integrity?

Michael Boyle, husband of Debora Boyle, through his official capacity as Division Manager of the City of Austin's Quality Standards and Management Division, or as many people call it, a fancy name of the do-nothing-ist Public Works Department, participated in the illegal termination of an individual who raised life safety issues as required by City of Austin rules and state laws such as the Texas Engineers Practices Act.

Michael Boyle, father of Keith Boyle, is quite a sadistic human being. When an employee raised an issue
about the infamous Christopher Newton memo stating that engineers employed at the City of Austin not review structural engineering aspects of plans, Michael Boyle yelled at the person and told that person not to review structural engineering aspects of plans because Boyle stated that the City of Austin cannot afford to police the consultants! If Mikey doesn't want to police the consultants, he should be fired now because he is wasting taxpayer dollars on his useless job. Michael Boyle has demonstrated that he's the
representative of a dangerous savage child race.

Michael Boyle, father of Emily Boyle, told this employee not to discuss this legal issue of not reviewing
structural engineering aspects of plans with City of Austin Public Works Attorney Gordon Bowman. This violates Gordon Bowman's own legal opinion. When Boyle, husband of Debora Boyle, was given the
information of the issue at hand, Michael Boyle stated he didn't know what it was. Allegedly, Michael's got a natural talent for wrong answers you just can't teach, especially because he got a C in Technical Writing!

When it comes to safety concerns, Michael Boyle will only fix those that pertain to himself. For example, Michael Boyle screamed bloody murder when the classrooms his son attended were overcrowded according to public records we have obtained. When it comes to the structural safety, Mike Boyle rolls over and plays dumb. We wonder what the Knight of Columbus in Pflugerville thinks about his unethical behavior. After all, he never said anything when Christopher Newton wrote the infamous don't check the structural engineering aspects of plans memo or when Dianna Martinez-Robles falsified official city records in a sick and twisted attempt to prevent unlawfully fired employees from getting their legally entitled unemployment benefits. Boyle starved families for over 3 months as a result.

In fact, Michael Boyle violated many City of Austin policies such as the zero harassment policy where employees are not supposed to be harassed. In Boyle's mind, rules don't apply to him when they give him the unethical and desired outcome he wants. When it comes to the U.S. Constitution, he wants to spew lies and not allow himself to be cross-examined! Michael Boyle's a savage life form who can't even follow his own rules!  After all, this is a man who told an employee they were worthless while they were recovering from a major illness and Mike's wife's a Hospice nurse, folks!

When Michael Boyle was given information about the structural issues raised at the Waterloo Park at Waller Creek tunnel project, about 20 pages worth according to public documents we have obtained, Michael Boyle told this person to shut up. Apparently, Michael Boyle violated City of Austin rules and regulations by allowing this defective structure to be approved. He even told the Texas Board of Professional Engineers that the US Army Corps of Engineers reviewed this structure. Unfortunately, the US Army Corps of Engineers has no jurisdiction over this project. It has to be reviewed by the City of Austin! When this person alerted the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Michael Boyle threatened this person with loss of their Texas Professional Engineering License for reporting life safety issues. Michael Boyle did what no City of Austin employee did before. He slandered his fellow co-worker in the Public Works Department Carlos Garcia. See, folks, his wife Jennifer Marr Garcia works for TCEQ regulating dam safety. With co-workers like Boyle, who needs enemies? The rules the city must obey are not the US Army Corps of Engineers, but the structural safety rules such as ACI 350. Michael Boyle even stated that he was sorry this person has access to publicly available information. With answers like that, it's no wonder people think of him as a member of the American Fourth Reich. We saw copies of this posted on a car at Lakeline Mall.

Michael Boyle's great at doing absolutely nothing. When it comes to the U.S. Constitution, he states that people do not even have First Amendment protection such as reporting life safety issues that could kill or injure innocent people. What an inferior human being, folks! Apparently, Michael Boyle doesn't want people to know he was a workplace bully who has worked at Austin Water Utility and the office called the Contract and Land Management Division where he fired workers for no legitimate reason. Because of Boyle's actions, the people of Austin passed laws under the just cause ordinance where workers can no longer be terminated for any reason whatsoever, or in Michael Boyle's case, whenever someone makes him look bad.

Michael Boyle's greatest loss to the city in the amount of millions of dollars, was the Turner Roberts Recreation Center. It was a building that was shut down three years after it was opened because the building had experienced soil settlement issues. Well, folks, those weren't the only issues the building experienced. Apparently, it was discovered that the building was not designed per code. Because of Michael Boyle's inaction on the infamous Newton memo, the city lost their case and had to pay out lots of money.

Michael Boyle's great at lying.  According to his LinkedIn profile, he got his degree from Louisiana State University in 1972. There's one big problem. Mike was on scholastic amnesty from Louisiana State University, which means he bombed his way out of LSU in the 1970s. He got his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of New Orleans in 1985  and it took him 7 years to get it! Just look at his grades that we got from his transcript that show how lousy of a civil engineer he really is:

He even failed his way out of Graduate School, scorings D's & withdrawing from courses in 1985 such as Advanced Steel Design.

He never took Timber Design, or Masonry Design. This means he is officially a structural stupidist according to many academic experts we spoke to. One expert on the condition of anonymity stated he shouldn't be a Division Manager of the City of Austin at all.

You know what this means? That Michael Boyle is allegedly an ethically challenged person who will say anything just to procure the job that he wants. Like Stephen Colbert loves saying, Mike Boyle is willing to do anything for cash.

Mike Boyle is widely associated with a city that participates in unlawful incarceration of protesting citizens, unlawful incarceration of their employees for requesting past pay stubs for their life-saving medications, unlawful interference of unemployment claims, retaliation against employees for reporting violations of the Texas Engineers Practices Act and other laws, shooting the dogs of innocent pet owners, blacklisting of their former employees, unlawful theft of personal property, ARRA stimulus fraud, economic waste of taxpayer money on municipal projects, violating the Texas Open Records Act at will, and even stealing artwork from 3 year old little Hispanic girls! Remember, thanks to the efforts of Mike Boyle, the City of Austin didn't invent blacklisting and fraud, waste & abuse, they just perpetrate it.  Heck, we believe Mike Boyle participates in it because we believe Mike Boyle has nothing else better to do.

Recently, the City of Austin was caught hiring child predator children of former assistant city managers like Juan Garza. They allow employees to write rules that will benefit them much later so that they will benefit themselves in the private sector like former Assistant City Manager Rudy Garza.  With employees like that, it's no wonder people believe the City of Austin is the best managed unethical city in America.

Thanks to Mike Boyle and his fellow co-workers Mayor Lee Leffingwell, Keri Burchard-Juarez, Christopher Newton, Steven Penshorn, Howard Lazarus, Marc Ott, Patti Gay Robinson, Dianna Martinez-Robles, Melissa Pool, just to name a few, the state of California passed laws banning gag clauses where the wronged cannot go to authorities to report life safety issues. The city of Austin, as a condition of wrongfully terminating their employees, requires this. The writer of the bill saw a copy of their termination contract and got the bill introduced. Great going, Mike Boyle!
