Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Circuit Micro, is a scam, we applied with them back in February of 2004, there was no thing on a processing fee being withdrawn and then we decided not to get the item that we had choosen. 2 months pass and they decide to withdraw funds for a processing fee.

We reported this to our bank that we never gave them permission to withdraw any type of funds, and the bank suggested we close the account and open a new one and put a stop payment on the account and sign a bunch of other stuff. The bank refunded our money that circuit micro took out and is in the process of going after them and their bank to say it was an illegal withdrawal. If you haven't been told that they are going to withdraw funds or they withdraw more than what they told you tell your bank.

They'll take care of it. The other thing is that they keep sending me emails. the last email that I had gotten was lengthy and they were calling me a dumb B#$ch.And they also stated and I quote "Oh, by the way we launched a tracking cooking into your computer, so ha ha ha" Don't open any of their emails they may be trying to send some kind of virus, you never know.

Now they just keep sending me emails that say you have been approved, so they can try to get me for more money, well nice try huh. I wouldn't do business with this company, it's unethical on how they run their business. And one of their phone numbers is traced back to some womans house number. Go figure.

Randy, Did you even bother to notice that Heather stated the first part was copied from a post you made, then she copied and pasted what was on your website in December, and then even went so far as to say that, yes, that information is NOW on your website (when it wasn't before)? You have my nomination for stupid businessman of the year, right behind James Stewart from Great Cars & Trucks.

Heather, You may want to read the terms above again, as they do state the application fees. See paragraph # 9; Inevitably this also reflects your statement about the fees a few months back, where you also claimed there weren't there, just like you are claiming they are not there again in the terms above. They are listed in paragraph # 9, In case you missed the statement above, it is in paragraph #9 Please note; # of the paragraph is #9 This is all I have to say, and I do not want to insult anyone's intelligence, but next time you may want to pay closer attention to what you actually are reading. See # 9, for the fees, Just a reminder; see #9 for the fees, not #8, please see # 9.... Don't forget, its # 9.... Incase you missed #9, below is what is states You also further Authorize CircuitMicro.com and their affiliates to electronically debit your account supplied above, for the loan origination and underwriting fees of $39.96, which is required, buy the institution that has approved your request. Once your financing is finalized, we'll refund you the fees in store credits toward your purchase, if your purchase is over $1000.00 we will double it, and triple it if your purchase accedes $2000.00

I therefore conclue, again, that the webiste has been changed as it was not there previously. Insult me all you like, I can sleep at night. I doubt you can.

HMMMM -- NO The fees have been listed in the terms since the first day they were charged

The fees have been listed in the terms since the first day they were charged. I know you hope and think that somehow you are Heather the Circuit City Brown Nose, and have cracked the biggest case since the Gambino family, and perhaps just maybe we are a bunch of idiots like and forgot to list a major item such as the application fees in our terms. Not a chance, further more the simple knowledge of reading skill is needed for one to be aware of the fees, including reading the email which is sent out. Perhaps maybe we are expecting to much of you, thinking you can actually read, but again, since you have to know how to write, and fill out a credit app., naturally we assumed you may posses this knowledge, but then I again, you never did apply or read any of the terms, if I remember correctly, since getting to and reading page # 2 was mission impossible for you and you couldn't understand that there are 2 parts for the credit app and not only just one. Have you gotten over that trauma yet, from this Heather? I know you were quite confused why there are 2 pages instead of only one. I know that obviously this is a lot more then you can muster up and handle, but again we make you agree that you have read the terms before you can submit the app for processing on page # 2, yes page # 2, this would be the page where you can test those Circuit City Brown Nosing reading skills, and put them to the test, and read about those pesky little fees that we forgot to list in there. Oh, and no one ran away, rather just got sick and tired of dealing with you, especially since you lack the simple knowledge of common sense. By the way, don't you have some Brown Nosing to be doing right now? There are plenty of Circuit City complaints for you to be ridiculing the consumer on that you do so well. Get Lost! And most of all get a life Heather. Since sadly enough, right now, this is you life. How Pathetic.

for months you (randy) posted copies of your Application terms, and the fee was not mentioned. Even though you stated at the end it was. We never did finish that arguement, you ran away! To the Original Poster, I suggest getting together with all the others screwed by this man and his company to get records of when his website was updated to include the processing fee. As it was not mentioned previously, and without knowing when it was changed, you have litte ground to stand on, unless you copied and pasted the terms at the time of sale, which btw, i suggest in the future. it should be clearly stated that there is a charge for processing. However, this owner doesn't feel he needs to be nice to customers in the least, as per his own posts, customers are needy, whiney and not worth his time.

I will repeat this again, just incase you missed it the first time

The fees are stated and have been since day one. Further more you have agreed to the terms for the application to be processed, and check a box that states (I Agree) that is highlighted in yellow just so you don't miss it. If after all of this you still don't read it, and just mark it as you did, well then I have no comment. CONCLUSION, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE FEE, THAT I MIGHT MENTION, IS APPLIED TOWARDS WHAT YOU ARE BUYING, THEN DO NOT APPLY SINCE I'LL BET THERE WAS A 99.9% CHANCE THAT YOU WERE NOT BUYING ANYTHING TO BEGIN WITH, AS THIS ALWAYS IS THE CASE. A PERSON THAT IS ACTUALLY BUYING SOMETHING DOESN'T MIND THE FEE, SINCE IT IS CREDITED BACK TOWARDS THE PURCHASE. ONLY THE APPLICANTS WHO WANT TO WASTE OUR TIME SEEM TO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS, AND CONVENIENTLY THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO SEE IT EVEN AFTER IT STARED THEM IN THEIR FACE.

Catch This Guy

The person that responded is the owner of CircuitMicro, and believes that he cannot be caught. You simply need to contact your bank about fraudulent activities With his lil comment about credit, i would have your creidt report checked and you can appeal if they have put a mark on your credit, as you did not purchase anything from them. Ppl need to gather together and nail this guy with his lil processing fee. Thats probably the only way he makes his money.

The fees are stated and have been since day one. Further more the applicant has to agree to the terms for the application to be processed, if the applicant chooses not to accept the terms, you have a choice of not submitting the application. Plain and simple, if you did not read the terms and agreed to them anyway and submitted your application, you are still liable for the fees. Inevitably if you have read any of them or not, it is a choice left up to you. We have no control over your actions. It's your responsibility to educate your self about the transaction you are about to submit, the info is supplied, al you have to do is read it before you submit. If you do not want to pay the fees, DO NOT APPLY! Further more, the rest of this complaint sounds like nothing but a cheap shot and a lie, for who ever reads this to feel sorry for you since you think you are a victim of something fabricated and ultimately your doing to begin with. Please note, After the fees have not been paid for 12 months, they are reported to your credit as a negative and sent to a collection agency, which may also reported to your credit as well.
