Was a client of this company for a short time. In the year I ordered from them I made three orders of different items. The very first time I ordered they sent two of the same order. Not a huge deal I was told to refuse one package and they would credit back my card. Unfortunatly, this took over a MONTH. The third time I made an order the same thing happened even though I asked them to check things before I kept getting more confirmation messages. Ended up being charged THREE times for ONE order. Once again I was told I would have to wait till they got their screw up back, three charges + interest. Moved on to another company!

cigar.com is an amazing company, you just need to give them a good chance and you wont be sorry when you order. I live in Ontario and I purchase all the time from them for quality cigars, they offer great prices and amazing service when allowed. give them another chance www.cigar.com Deal with Jeff Jackson super guy, tell him Duane sent you.
