The rest stands. Some of the statements were made in bad taste, and they should not be given any regard. Yes, Faulkner is mostly interested in padding his pocketbook, but what CEO isn't? Our entire society is afflicted with affluenza, and Mr. Faulkner is no exception. Take that for what you will - I can only comment on what I saw of him. The emails were extremely hostile and far too redundant, but perhaps he had his reasons for sending them. Regardless, just use common sense and caution before parting with any amount of money. Do the research. Take anything I have stated, and get an answer of your own if you are considering C I Host. Study what they advertise on their site - including the statistics about the number of administrators, the equipment, and bandwidth - and compare it against the real picture. If everything falls into synch, great. If not, take your business elsewhere. Just don't base your decision on a tattoo you saw on the back of someone's skull. That's just ridiculous, and slightly disturbing.

Notice how Faulkner backpedaled? First he's calling the customer a liar, but then claims he appreciates his criticism. How does that work? Sadly, the customer is right - as are many others with similar complaints. It's a shame Faulkner is too cheap to pay off the BBB, since they apparently don't think much of his company: http://www.fortworth.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=98080001 I guess all of those customers must be liars too. For your enjoyment, another snippet from one of his famous emails: And don't worry come Wednesday that moron sitting next to you will no longer be pissing away his time on ICQ, taking 50 smoke breaks, surfing porno and wasting OUR time. He will be surfing US cheeseburgers at McDonald's. GOD I FEEL SORRY FOR MCDONALDS. Hey, but when you're paying people laughable salaries, you're entitled to treat them like s**t, right? Here's another: CAN YOU GUYS READ TICKETS ARE OUT OF f**kING [email protected]@@[email protected]#[email protected]#[email protected]#[email protected]##@@ I guess those 190,000 customers aren't so happy after all? You want the truth about C I Host? It gets much worse. But don't believe me, by any means...make your own judgement. Just make sure you know what you're getting into. After all, we are talking about a company that paid some freak to tattoo the company logo on the back of his head (Chris originally wanted the forehead...wtf??), poorly I might add. Wake up Faulkner - pushing advertising across the threshold of the human body isn't new or creative - it's just tasteless. Some things should remain sacred. Faulkner is interested in customer service only as far as it fills his pockets...he's worried about the corporate coffer, not the client. Get a job there (you don't need to be qualified, the turnover rate is so high they hire basically anybody) and find out yourself. Also, for fun, rearrange the letters in C I HOST. Eventually, it will reveal to you the true moniker that the company should bear: s**t CO. Get an account with them, and you'll be wading in it. Mark my words.

not only is cihost...yes chris...not ci host...but cihost...<---he knows what i mean. not only are they being sued, they sent a letter to all former employees threatening lawsuit if they blow the whistle. yes, the servers actually were down for several days...at least 2 and i have first hand knowledge of their billing errors as well as the reliablility of their servers. why so many domains on one server... way more than advertised. i'm not a pissed x-employee, but don't believe this guy for a second. below is an email a friend sent me. It still appears as though some of you do not know what the name of the company is and how to correctly spell it. It is: C I Host for the hooked on phonics folks in the office that is C (space) I (space) Host Not CIHOST CI host CIhost CI HOST CiHost Cihost CI Host C (space) I (space) Host to recap and count the letters that is 1 capital C 1 capital I 1 captial H 1 lowercase o 1 lowercase s 1 lowercase t Grand total: 6 letters (3 of which are capital letters) and 2 spaces I am very sure you can get it correct from this day forward. Christopher Faulkner President and Chief Executive Officer C I Host T. 877.4.C I HOST x. 400 F. 888.242.7554 http://www.cihost.com this is typical banter from this ungainly individual. he loves to use the *F* word in his emails quite a bit and of course talks down to everyone. not only is he rude and snotty to customers, but an overbearing sniveling little tyrant to his employees. he will of course say such things from his emails but not to anyone' face, at least not that i ever saw. his mommy is the company lawyer and auntie is the personnel manager. this is a small minded company with a LOT of problems. if you want to throw your money away, i can't think of a better place. -kisses chris

As clearly stated in our TOS/AUP any customer cancelling within 30 days of signup receives a full refund of any hosting fees paid to C I Host minus any setup fees. Setup fees are non-refundable. This customer was told this, agreed to it at signup and then wanted to recant. This customer needs to contact our billing department if they have any other complaints. Further, the outright lies about systems being down for days and class action lawsuits are extremely mis-stated and completely untruthful. More information on our TOS can be found here - http://www.cihost.com/?zone=support/terms&termSection=aup
