cheap tickets.com provided false information to flight time Internet
cheap tickets send us the wrong flight times to our trip causeing us to miss our plane, we where able to rent a car and book another flight in kamloops b.c. which cost us a little over a thousand dollars but we made our connecting flight in Vancouver b.c. when we brought it to there attention. the send us an update of our flight times a day after our trip started. then they claimed it was west jets fault. which was a lie. then they said the send us an update on july 22 and therefore would not reinbuse us the extra cost we incurred When we ask for a copy they couldn`t get one , another lie. and now they are just trying to forget about us. we where pantience with them. but got us nowhere. so beware when dealing with cheap tickets.com. they will rip you off if they get a chance
